ANALYSIS Have you ever wondered how your business is doing? Not the gut level kind of thing that you know, but what do your financial records say about your company? Do you know who your top 10 customers were last year, this year? Why is the list different? Have you lost some good customers, do you know why? Where have you been spending money this year, compared to last year? Which are your top suppliers, and are you getting the kind of terms you deserve for all of that business you give them? How quickly have you been paying your bills, 30 days, 45 days, or do you have any idea how quickly you are paying your bills. What does this say about your company, and how do you think your suppliers view you? Is your Balance Sheet in good order, is it accurate, how many red amounts do you show, and why are they red, do you know? Many of these things and more can become evident from a fairly quick analysis of your financial records.
This is a new service I've started. I assure you it is completely confidential and private. The only copy of the report will be sent to you unless you tell me in writing (or email) to send it to someone else. This service will take less than a week from the time I receive your QuickBooks file and your admin password. Just do a backup of your file, or a portable backup of your file and email it to me. In a separate email send me your admin password so that I can review the entire setup. I will completely erase your file 30 days after I've sent you my analysis. Cost? $250 -- Until I sense how this new service of mine is going I won't have online credit card payment, so for now you'll have to mail a check or money order. Send it to ANALYSIS, PO Box 937, Ranchester, WY 82839 and be sure to include your phone number or email, and if you want to submit your file on CD, memory stick, feel free. Just send it along with your payment. (I've now heard clients call these little memory sticks, Jump Drive, Thumb Drive, so whatever you call them, use them if you prefer this method.) This cost is fixed, no matter how big your file or how long you've been in business. If there are specific things you would like me to look for, just ask, in most cases it will not change the price. If it will take me more time, I'll let you know up front, and we'll agree on a different price before I begin. I've done a few of these in the past on a custom basis but I have not kept copies of them, so now at the beginning of this service I don't have examples to show you. Once I do get rolling I will create a few "sanitized" reports so that you can view a typical one. If for any unforeseen reason I am unable to complete the analysis of your books within 10 days after receiving payment, I will return your money in full. |
