QuickBooks becomes more intuitive the more you use it, but frequently a one
or two hour personal introduction to the software saves a lot of time wandering
around.
Key Benefits
You learn the areas of the program you need to use
You learn how to modify reports and create items by yourself
We can review your setup to insure you minimum problems in the future
Capabilities
Items are a very powerful part of QuickBooks, but how to use them is not
apparent at first glance. Also custom reports are very easy to generate, but
there are some common sense things you should know before creating your own
reports. How do you track and report sales taxes? Can you do your own payroll in
QuickBooks? Should you want to do your own payroll? Do you want to keep Accrual
or Cash books, and what is the difference?
- Capability 1
- QuickBooks is a great way to track your business if you don't want to
know about debits and credits, but you should learn from someone who knows
the program before you dive into it by yourself.
- Capability 2
- We can train you as a business owner, or train your employees to enter
data and produce reports for you. We will even work with you as consultants
to define what data you should enter into QuickBooks and what entry will not
be cost justifiable in the future.
- Capability 3
- Training is not a one time effort. As you learn the program you will
discover new capabilities and ways of doing things. You may be ready for an
hour or two of training to take you to the next level of QuickBooks
knowledge to make running your business even easier. Don't forget new
employees, while existing employees should be used to train new people,
there are times when you can't spare the time from current employees, or may
want to update and check your staff's knowledge of QuickBooks. Training is a
good way of both increasing your staff's knowledge and getting a snapshot of
your staff's capabilities from the trainer.
